Man drives car. Man meets neighbour. Man likes neighbour. Man protects neighbour by driving car... and cracking heads!
Welcome to the world of Nicolas Winding Refn’s Drive, where the usually hunky lead actor Ryan Gosling also proves he’s also nifty with a hammer, a shotgun, a toothpick and a clutch.

Join myself, Rolling Stone’s Matt Coyte and Empire Magazine’s Ben McEachen as we unanimously cry, ‘BEST FILM EVER!’ and wax lyrical on what just may be the most exciting 100 minutes of hardcore-noir-fairy-tale-with-a-sting you’ll experience all year.

Larry Crowne: Student of Life

When Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts make a film you might expect zombies, extended action sequences and Japanese kabuki theatre, but what you’ll be guaranteed to get is wholesome, kooky fun. Big heart. Big laughs. Big Smiles.

Larry Crowne sees Tom Hanks as director cast himself as the title character in a script he co-wrote.  Now that's multi-tasking!  Larry is a retired navy cook who is retrenched from a retail giant because he has no promotion prospects. He heads to community college, where he enrols in a moped gang, gets a makeover and takes a public speaking class with an acerbic, bitter Roberts as teacher.

Giles Hardie, Patch Kolan and Alice Tynan sit down to tell you what’s good about Larry Crowne, and how it blends Star Trek, Community and parent-friendly film going into one palatable package.
