Let your hair down with Tangled

This new Disney animation, which re-tells the tale of Rapunzel in brilliant 3-D animation, is meant to be the studio's last "Princess Movie".  If that's true, they're going out with a bang rather than a whimper because this in future will be mentioned in the same breath as Beauty And The Beast and maybe even Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs.

500 days of bummer

Melancholy movie making at its best, Blue Valentine stars Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams as a couple whose marriage has reached its use-by date. Sound depressing? It is! But also truthful about the myriad little things that can tear people apart.
